Global Order Desk uses the contact details you provide in a quotation request (name, phone, email when supplied, country, city, location, product and quantity) to respond to your enquiry and arrange requested follow-up communications. Information is stored in this website’s WordPress database and is accessible to authorized administrators. We do not ask for payment card details through the enquiry form.
Our basis for handling enquiries is your request for product and pricing information. Submission is not consent to unrelated promotional calls. If communication service providers such as Freshworks/Freshcaller are used for the requested follow-up, the relevant details may be processed by them; such integrations must be configured and disclosed before use.
To request access, correction or removal of your information, submit a request using our contact form with “Privacy request” in the notes. We retain records only as necessary for enquiries and relevant legal obligations. The full legal operator details, applicable retention periods, and international-transfer information must be completed before expansion into regulated markets.
